espell translation and localization Ltd. is a strategic localization partner to one of the world’s leading global streaming service providers. In this role we help our client in their intense multimarket communication with users on various digital channels in many languages and markets.

To strengthen our team of freelance talents in this cooperation, we are now looking for Hebrew freelance linguists for copywriting, proofreading and subtitling on an ad hoc basis in the short term and a regular basis in the long term.

Task

Adapting the following content types into the local market based on the English language master copies:  

• short copy content – snippets about movies & series

• newsletters – personalized email communication

• landing page content

• editorial in-platform copy – short intros about movies & series for the streaming platform website

• social media posts

• short videos for marketing purposes

Tools

All necessary tools, licenses, training & support will be provided.

Volumes

• short ad hoc tasks in the short term (3-4 months) with a total volume of 5-10 hours of work/month

• regular daily cooperation in the long term with a total volume of approx. 30-40 hours of work/month

Profile

• Hebrew freelance linguist/copywriter with flawless spelling, grammar and style

• proofreading/transcreation/copywriting/subtitling skills

• excellent command of English

• experience with digital marketing (e.g., display, content, social media, CRM)

• passion for films

• strong time management and cooperation skills, attention to detail

• bachelor’s degree is required

• screening and shortlisting candidates based on their CVs

• creative writing test
